We'll use your go-to cloud-based design software (Canva or Adobe Express) to create designs that you can easily access to share or make minor tweaks. After a design is completed, our unlimited design structure allows you to submit a new request from your queue.

Yes, your team can add as many design requests to your queue, then submit one active request. As soon as the active request is completed, you can submit a new request, even if it wasn't already in your queue.
It all depends on the file type and level of complexity. On average, our designs take 2-3 days. But, of course a pitch deck or a brand guide takes a bit longer to create than an Instagram post or a one-sheet.
For complex designs we may occassionally design pieces in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign. However, the purpose of your atus subscription is to allow your team to have easy access, or make minor tweaks without being a trained designer.
